Meet Dr. Kim
Oberlander,DMD, MPH

Dr. Kim Oberlander began her career as a dental hygienist before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and Master of Public Health from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health.

For the first four years of her dental career, Dr. Oberlander served as a dentist in the U.S. Army while also practicing in public health. Over the next two decades, she continued serving patients in public health dentistry, where she developed a passion for creating treatment plans that look beyond a single tooth. She enjoys helping patients understand their oral health and believes the best treatment is the one that fits each person’s overall health, goals, and individual needs.

One of Dr. Oberlander’s favorite parts of dentistry is caring for children. She loves helping young patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and believes positive experiences early in life help build healthy smiles that last a lifetime.

As a westside native who lives just minutes from the office, Dr. Oberlander is proud to care for the community she calls home.

Outside the office, she enjoys taking fitness classes, relaxing by the pool, coaching girls volleyball at Oak Hills High School, Sunday family dinners, and spending time with her two children as they keep her busy with sports and activities.
